Role Overview & Responsibilities
This is a work from home full time position! Brookfield M&E are currently looking for a Mechanical Estimator for a M&E Contractor based in Livepool Street we are looking for a candidate who has previous experience with tendering on commercial,residential or healthcare projects with values ranging from £100k - £5m
Our client a leading M&E contractor who have a large portfolio of projects In and around the South East of England these can including fit outs and new build.
The duties will be
- Estimating and tendering for large commercial fit out refurbishments or new build Projects.
- Take offs
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaising with the design department.
- Preparation of Tenders
- Reading through specification to understand the tender pricing requirements
- Sending out enquires to subcontractors/specialists
- Monthly valuations, forecast, monitoring and reporting on material spend
- Attend meetings with team
- Site visits
- Preparation of mechanical tenders
This is a work from home full position position as the majority of meetings will be on Zoom.
Our client is looking to pay £55k - £60k + Package but Is negotiable depending on the candidates experience.
