Role Overview & Responsibilities
Salary – In excess of £30k plus shift premium. Other benefits - company pension scheme, annual bonus, private medical healthcare, social and sports club and gym membership
Shift rota hours – 42 hours per week on continuous day pattern

We are looking for Process Operators to support our process streams ensuring a safe and efficient operation. We are seeking applicants with a keen interest to further their career in Hot Metal Processing.
In detail, the position encompasses duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Ensure working safely is at forefront of all you do.
- Working as part of a team on shift within a hot metal environment ensuring output from our processes and moulding operations.
- Safe operation of mobile plant and cranes.
- Working in confined spaces and at height
- Machine operation and basic maintenance tasks
The ideal candidate must:
- Have the drive and ambition to want to learn and develop yourself and processes
- Previous manufacturing and/or engineering experience ideally within a heavy, high volume processing, manufacturing, 24/7 operating environment.
- Preferably hold a HND or NVQ Level 2 qualification in Manufacturing/Processing operations or equivalent qualification in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience with Gantry crane and a Fork Lift Licence would also be an advantage.
- Have a high level of flexibility and ability to work to deadlines.
Due to the nature of the Company’s operations, we operate a strict no-smoking policy on the premises; non-smoking applicants would therefore be preferred for this role.
