Role Overview & Responsibilities

Mechanical Machine Setters urgently required for my client located in High Wycombe.

This is a shift position and you will be required to work on morning, afternoon and night shift on a one week rota.

The main responsibility will be setting and maintaining packing machines for specific tasks while maximising efficiency against stated target outputs. You will be working in a fast paced environment for a busy contract packaging company, working on multiple lines and products.

It is the responsibility of the Mechanical Machine Setter, based in High Wycombe, to ensure the smooth and speedy transition of orders, that an accurate product is set and that quality is maintained before and after machine and product are confirmed.

This role suits a mechanically minded individual, with a passion for engineering, whether that be interests in working with mechanics, electrics, or general aptitude for all. It is a fast paced role and environment, so requires a level of fitness and agility to cope with the demands of the role.

This is a role for a self-motivated and driven individual capable of working on his/her own initiative with minimal supervision and able to work shift patterns in High Wycombe. This job comes with training and after successfully getting through this period the renumeration will increase ability dependant.

Salary: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
