Location: Derby, Central Derby
Pay rate: £10.42 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 37 hours a week ranging from Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm and then 9am till 4.30pm on Fridays
We are currently recruiting for multiple administrators to work with an Education provider, based close to Derby City Centre. You would be working as a key member of the team within a busy and fast-paced environment.
Please note - that these positions are starting as soon as possible meaning you should ideally be immediately available or have short notice periods.
As an Administrator, you will have:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- A confident, professional phone manner and ability to answer calls with ease
- Ability to use own initiative
- Comfortable making video teams calls and being seen on screen
- Good Listening and speaking skills
- Excellent time management skills
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering and making phone calls, this will also be video calls via teams, to oversea candidates
- Using Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to follow a script when making calls
- Supporting management in areas of business development
- Customer support
- General administrative tasks
- Scheduling and prioritizing allocated work on a daily basis
