You will help with newly designed websites, supporting clients through the process of setting their new site live on the internet, dealing with their domain names and email!

- Web servers, control panels, email clients, DNS systems.
About you…
- At least 6 months experience in a similar IT support role.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Ability to organise workload.
- Attention to detail.
