As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Hands on creating a wide range of dishes from starters to desserts.
- A real team-player delivering quality service at pace.
- Always working in a way that keeps our guests and team safe.
- Organised and able to work well under pressure.
- Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
