Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a commercial property lawyer to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will be working within a friendly and enthusiastic multi-office team and could be based in any of our offices to suit the candidate’s location with hybrid working arrangements if desired.
Our office locations are:
- Yeovil
- Sherborne
- Bath
- Wareham
- Dorchester
- Bridport
- Castle Cary
Our commercial property team has a strong reputation locally and we have a number of high profile clients based locally, London and across the country.
The role would suit a candidate with 4-8 years’ PQE. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, lease renewals and lease management matters, property finance and development matters and corporate transaction support. You will also have the benefit of support from specialist lawyers in the firm’s planning, litigation, construction and residential teams.
