In less than 2 years we have grown the team to 110+ game changers in 15 countries, raised USD 40+ million and we have launched our first product line.
We are looking for a seasoned CFO to join our team and help us raise new investment rounds and bring the company to an initial public offering (IPO). As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and managing the financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and expansion
- Support CEO to raise new large investment rounds (>> Euro 50 million) and lead the company to an IPO in 3-5 years time
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Manage and improve financial systems and processes
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the CEO and the Board of Directors
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, bankers, and analysts
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a CFO or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience raising large capital and leading a company through an IPO
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
