Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be a strong advantage but not essential.

<b>SALARY:</b> £11.94 per hour Basic Pay (on a 4 day week) + Overtime £16.59 - £21.33 per Hour + Shift Premium +

<b>Shift Premium:</b> additional £2.99 per Hour for Back Shift / Night Shift and Weekend Shift

<b>Shift Premium:</b> additional £0.94p for Early Shift

Early shift (6.00 - 15.30) Monday – Thursday

Day shift (7.00 - 17.00) Monday – Thursday

Night shift (19.00 - 4.30) Monday – Thursday

<br><br>

Weekend shift (6.00 – 18.00) Friday - Sunday

Working as the Composite Manufacturing Operative you will join a team who identify and carry out a range of laminating repairs to damaged surfaces – Full Training Provided.

DUTIES

<br><br>

Your duties as the Composite Manufacturing Operative will include

<br><br>

Gel application and Laminating

<br><br>

Mould repairs

<br><br>

Fill, rub, buff and polish damaged GRP moulds

<br><br>

Assembling various components together by hand and or using a variety of hand tools so manual dexterity is required

<br><br>

Ability to listen carefully and take on instructions verbal and written is important

<br><br>
