Customer Representative

How will you do this?

At Marmalade, you will support new or existing customers with their insurance enquiries, helping to find the right products and solutions to their needs. Communication is an important part of your role here and so its important that you can demonstrate a natural ability when it comes to building rapport with customers. Here at Marmalade, we specialise in young driver, learner driver and black box insurance policies.

We understand how important a positive work-life balance is to you, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you are in the office and support you when you are working from home. We are currently in the process of bringing to life the hybrid working opportunity at Marmalade. You will experience a great learning journey when you first join with excellent support and ongoing learning opportunities to help you pursue your career with us.

The working hours are as follows:

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturday working: 9am – 2pm.
