About the role:
We’ve invested significantly in Unit 4 ERP (Business World), our HR system, and need someone to help us further develop and exploit its potential. Reporting to the HR Systems and Data Manager, you’ll help maintain the HR system and develop employee self-service. You’ll assist with providing high quality management information, which will require you to be adept at interrogating databases and manipulating data in Excel.

A graduate ideally in business information systems or related area, you’ll be passionate about high standards and will be customer focussed. You’ll have previous relevant experience of administrative/business processes along with a focus on continuous improvement.

With a degree, part qualified relevant professional qualification or demonstrable level of experience and evidence of continued professional development, you’ll have experience developing support materials for systems users. If you have previous relevant experience, ideally gained in an education environment, IT skills, a customer-centric ethos and can demonstrate commitment to our values then we’d love to hear from you.
