About the role
As a Front Office Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring the effective running of the Front Office department by assisting our Assistant Front Office Managers.
Some key tasks include but are not limited to:
- looking after our guests
- handling their request or queries
- ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- taking action where necessary
About you:
- Leading the team as our team of hosts are our luggage porter, concierge, receptionists and all things to everyone!
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality with great confidence and able to direct team members and support them.
- Sustained and proven experience in the hospitality industry, we expect from you a knowledge in guest correspondence, coaching and training, handling of diverse tasks related to the position. Knowledge of property management system.
- Great execution and hospitality skills as well as attention to details.
With your intuition and dedication to people, you are always striving to deliver a great service for our guests.
