Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are recruiting a Customer Assistant for a brand new Tanning Studio opening in the heart of Ballyhackamore.
Aloha Tanning is a boutique tanning studio designed to provide a luxury experience for customers.
Roles:
- Opening/closing of the studio
- Customer Sign Ups
- Stock management - ensuring the shelves are filled, updating stock in the system and ensuring all product totals line up
- Cash handling
- Health and safety - regular cleaning of sunbeds and studio
- Advising customers how to tan safely and responsibly.
- Practise Think 25
- Upsell products to customers i.e. block minutes, creams, etc
Requirements
Front of house experience - welcoming new customers into the studio and making them feel comfortable.
As you are working within a small team you will be required to be flexible.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, outgoing, able to work under pressure during busy periods while being professional at all times.
Must be comfortable with using a computer: creating customer profiles, operating the sunbeds, selling products etc
