Supplying the health food industry, major retailers, pharmacies, department stores, lifestyle & concept stores for 30 years. We supply big name retailers, including Ocado, Morrisons, Holland & Barret, Sainsbury's, Look Fantastic, Wholefoods Market and Waitrose.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Export & Import Administrator to join this fast growing and entrepreneurial business based in North West London (Park Royal)
Summary of Role and Responsibilities:
- The job holder is responsible for the smooth operational running of the regulatory & compliance side of Export/Import, Logistic functions.
- The role includes dealing with changes required to meet new legislation on products and services that impact on our abilities to service its trade customers effectively.
Specific Tasks & Responsibilities include:
Operations include:
- Escalated Logistics - providing logistical/admin support to 500+ trade customers in collaboration with customer support and sales admin team. Queries relating to high value WO authorization, crisis management of escalated complaints to do with product formulation/product recall/pricing authorization/stock allocation/sales return enquiries/credit authorization/brand certification issues.
- Supporting the end to end Export/importation procedures for all POAO and Organics shipments, into both UK (London) HQ and IE (Dublin) warehouses;
- Raising EHCs/COIs in relation to the 3rd country consignment imported
- Liaising with stock controller to raise POs correctly within Exchequer
- Working with supplier to collate documents needed to ensure POAO/Organic and Plant products are ready for export
- Raising CHED-Ps on all UK/EU government notification portals. TRACES NT for EU shipments and IPAFFS for UK notifications.
- Assisting in UK/EU BCP clearance at port, once shipment undergoes inspection
- Organizing final transportation to intended delivery destination and coordinating its arrival at warehouse
