Lead Generation Executive
Contract Type: Permanent full time (35 hours/week)
Salary: Pay: £21,500 p/a plus £2k OTE
Location: Based at our Abingdon Head Office with hybrid option after completion of induction and training period
ACTIVE LEARNING CENTRES
Active Learning Centres deliver outdoor adventures for schools across the UK. With activities ranging from learning bushcraft skills and fire lighting, to high ropes, coasteering and mountaineering, we believe in education beyond the classroom walls for school groups of all ages. We are now looking for individuals to join our growing team to support new business sales, and help achieve returner targets.
THE ROLE
Our Lead Generation team support our Sales Executives by booking quality sales meetings with schools to discuss booking their residential trip to one of our sites. You will be responsible for calling schools, finding the appropriate contact and booking a meeting for one of our Sales Executives, and providing them with as much qualifying information as possible (e.g. what year group and how many children).
- Generate leads through research, cold calling and networking
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and set appointments for the Sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understanding their needs and requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, clients, and sales.
ABOUT YOU:
We are recruiting these roles on a permanent basis but we're also interested in hearing from candidates who are looking for a temporary contract or summer job.
We're looking for someone who is:
- (Ideally) experienced in a lead/demand generation or telesales role
- Passionate with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work off their own initiative
- Driven to exceed targets
WE'RE OFFERING:
- Up to £21,500 base salary with additional OTE of circa £2,000
- Uncapped commission based on meetings booked
- 25 days holiday plus birthday off
