Who We Are

We’re here to support people to flourish and encourage the growth of the young people we support in our short breaks service, based in the outskirts of Sudbury in a purpose built home. We are a small service, however we pride ourselves in offering a supportive and caring environment to encourage growth and friendship. we offer a variety of activities and different adventures to the young people that we support, as we feel they should have the best experience every day.

Role Responsibilities

• You’ll offer and support to young people with a variety of needs these may include some health needs however you will be offered full training and support to ensure that you feel ready for the challenges, part of your role will include offering medication and personal care support.
• We like to offer activities that help to encourage personal growth and living skills this will include cooking, arts and crafts, sensory activities, going out and about hydro pool time to name a few.
• You will receive a full and comprehensive induction to help you understand the role your responsibilities and ours to you to ensure that you feel full competent in all the tasks we ask you to undertake.
