This role is an integral part of the nights hygiene team ensuring both business and customer expectations are met. The role will require a dynamic individual who is able to build strong and effective working relationships.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 21:00 - 06:00

Set shift patterns and working hours
<br><br>
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for completion of tasks within the Hygiene Team
<br><br>
Chemical wash down of machinery and equipment, adhering to safe systems of working
<br><br>
Report non conformances to your Supervisor immediately and escalate to manager where appropriate
<br><br>
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and GMP within the factory
<br><br>
Dismantling, deep cleaning and re assembly of machinery in the factory
<br><br>
Following set schedules to ensue effectiveness of cleaning is maintained
<br><br>
Visual line and equipment checking to maintain standards required
<br><br>
Manual work which may also involve the use of ladders where appropriate
<br><br>
Takes part in Continuous Improvement activities and contribute suggestions to improve line performance
<br><br>
Comply with all company procedures and codes of practice to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace
<br><br>
Ensure Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and any issues or near misses are reported accordingly
<br><br>
Maintain a clean as you go area and demonstrate good manufacturing processes
<br><br>
Maintain line standards taking accountability for your actions
<br><br>
Complete routine tasks without being prompted including any other duties relating to this role and Production environment
<br><br>
Understanding of site KPI`s and how your role contributes to achievement of these
<br><br>
Knowledge of customer requirements and specific retailer codes
<br><br>
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction
<br><br>
Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal supervision
<br><br>
Self-motivated with a positive outlook
<br><br>
Demonstrate a proactive manner whilst being an effective team worker
