IT and Tech Recruitment Consultant – Graduate September Start

We are leading Tech Recruitment specialists that hire the best technology and IT talent via their bespoke recruitment platform. With large growth and expansion plans we’re hoping to recruit the next top billers of the Tech Recruitment sector. With offices in central London and New York our growth plans have no limit.

- Year 1 OTE: £35,000+

- Year 2 OTE: £55,000+

- Year 3 OTE: £80,000+

IT and Tech Recruitment Consultant - Requirements

· Good academics, 2:1 or above from a top 40 university and high achieving a-levels or strong B2B sales

· Natural strong communicator with good phone and in person communication skills

· Finically motivated & target driven (YOU control your own earnings)

· Intelligent ambitious, motivated with strong plans for career progression

· Competitive flair (e.g., sporty individuals who have competed at high levels or as a part of a team.)

· Charismatic and engaging individual who is confident but can take criticism well.

IT and Tech Recruitment Consultant - Opportunity

· Developing new business through business development

· Sourcing the strongest and highest talent through proactive headhunting and networking

· Understanding the market and be a strong consultant to both candidates and clients throughout the sales process

· Dealing with high-end individuals from salary brackets: £80,000-£700,000

· Consultants 1 year into their careers should be closing a deal a month and earning 1/3rd of their billings in commission
